At Santa Village Decor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Christmas decorations purchase. If you’re not happy with your items for any reason, we’re here to help with our straightforward returns and exchange process.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition – unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange
  3. We will email you a Return Authorization Number and instructions
  4. Package the items securely in their original packaging
  5. Include the completed return form (see template below) in your package
  6. Ship the package to our returns address (provided with your authorization)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account (typically 3-10 business days)

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • We will ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • If the exchange item costs more, you will be invoiced for the difference
  • If the exchange item costs less, we will refund the difference to your original payment method
  • Standard shipping charges apply for exchange shipments

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Christmas Lighting – Due to the electrical nature of these products and potential damage during return shipping
  • Artificial Christmas Trees that have been assembled or removed from original packaging
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
