Shipping Information

We ship globally (excluding Asia and some remote regions) to bring Christmas cheer to your doorstep.

  • Order Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare your order for shipment.
  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment.
    • Flat Rate Fee: $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment.

Our Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be utterly delighted with your Christmas decorations. If an item isn’t quite right, our hassle-free returns and exchange process is here to help.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. To be eligible, all items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Please Note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
  • Christmas Lighting (due to their electrical nature and potential for damage during return shipping).
  • Artificial Christmas Trees that have been assembled or removed from their original packaging.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email our friendly customer service team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions on where to send your package.
  3. Package Securely: Please pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging.
  4. Include the Form: Enclose the completed return form (see template below) inside your package.
  5. Ship It Back: Ship the package to our returns address (provided in your authorization email).

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., a defective or incorrect item). We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) within 5-7 business days.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
  • Please allow an additional 3-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Exchange Process

  • We will ship your replacement item once we receive your return.
  • If the new item costs more, we will invoice you for the difference.
  • If the new item costs less, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
  • Standard shipping charges apply for all exchange shipments.
